HCS SCS SB 1086 -- POLICE OFFICER COMPENSATION

This bill eliminates the compensation table for St. Louis police
officers and allows the St. Louis Board of Police Commissioners
to establish the annual salary of each member of the police force
without receiving prior authorization from the General Assembly.

The bill contains an emergency clause.
